Adorable Cat Adoption...
Because everyone deserves a second chance!

About Adorable Cat Adoption
Adorable Cat Adoption was started by a single Humboldt State University student caring for 21 abandoned cats, with the goal of giving rescued cats a second chance. Cassi rescued these cats from a former neighbor who abandoned them when she was evicted.  The cats were not spayed or neutered nor were they vaccinated.  Cassi was able to use a method called trap, neuter, return (TNR), to fix the cats with the help of a local cat network, Bless the Beasts.

Through Cassi’s efforts, she arranged with her property mangers to have a “managed colony” of cats.  She feared that the cats, not having a lot of exposure to other people, would be put to sleep in the shelters.  So she began networking with local cat networks and soliciting donations from the community in order to feed and care for all the animals.

Cassi's goals are to place these rescued cats in their forever homes, educate people about being responsible pet owners and how to help out cats in their own community.  Even if you don’t own a cat, you can make a great contribution to your local community by making a donation, volunteering, or participating in a trap, neuter, return program, to assist these networks with their much needed services.
